For sure, but all the Craft (Alchemy) rules are based off the DCs for given items... there is no way to do it without a DC, and there is no method given for calculating a DC.

I made some up myself, but this is obviously an erroneous ommision. All the alchemical items in every other book I have come with DCs for Craft (Alchemy)!

Yeah, must be an error of omission then.
