| doomtrain12-23-05, 04:08 PM | I was looking around the web for some stuff on rakshasas, and I stumbled across "The Complete Guide to Rakshasas" from the "The Complete Guide to" series published by Goodman Games. I was just wondering if any of you guys had checked it out, or knew if it is worth buying, and if anything in it is compatible with Eberron? Also if anyone knows some good sites with some good fluff on rakshasas, i would be extremely interested Thanks in advance |

There are no notible monsters in it execpt the Asura(near epic Rakshasa). Items are pretty decent including "Amitra" and the mace that slays them. There is also a special eye item, as well as talk about matrial components and organs of Rakshasas used in rituals. There is a base class and PrC devoted entirely to hunting them, along with a very detailed history that can fit well into Eberron. Espically if you like the Silver flame. The fluff and chrunch in it can easily be transfered into Eberron. Thier emergence from the "Darkness" /"Night" is Khyber, etc... |
