I'm starting an Eberron campaign online (using Klooge and Yahoo voice). The campaign initially revolves around the refugees from Cyre and their attempts to reestablish themselves. The PCs aren't necessarily from Cyre themselves, but get wrapped up in the affairs of the Cyres. The campaign starts (at level 1) in a refugee tent-camp on the shore of Scions Sound in east Aundair, where penniless displaced Cyre refugees are being kidnapped and sold by a group of smugglers-turned-slavers and being recruited (or else!) by a cult of Keeper worshippers. I have outlines for possible long-term developments involving diplomatic intrigue by Prince Oargev; expeditions to the ghost city of Desolate in the Demon Wastes and into the Mournlands themselves.
