Beats me. I don't actually have such things (somewhere I have my original sketch maps, but the maps in the module were produced at WotC) and I don't even know who would be the person who would do this at WotC, let alone whether they read the boards. I'm afraid the most likely chance that this will occur will be if a fan makes them and posts them, as has happened with other maps.
