does the STABLE FOOTING feat for dwarves and warforged allow a character of these races to charge if on difficult terrain? :help:

just wondering, if so that's  crazy!

All it says is that he does not have the usual penalties when moving over difficult terrain. It does not, however, say that he can charge over the terrain. So I would say no, on that fact, and also the fact that Thief-Acrobats don't get the Acrobatic Charge until 3rd level, and it's one of the better parts of the prestige class, so I think that no, the feat does not allow you to charge over difficult terrain.

I apologize, but where is this feat that you're talking about? It's not in the ECS or the PHB.
