It happens that I'm going to be in SF on completely unrelated business Friday morning and staying over until Saturday; I hadn't planned to go, but if there's going to be Folk there... When is the Eberron seminar? —Siran Dunmorgan Edit: Okay. Just booked the hotel reservation. I'll be there Friday early afternoon through Saturday possibly early evening. Let me know where y'all are going to be. If it arrives before then, I'll be happy to bring the Mark of Death (I bought Lee's sketches from Save-vs-DM on eBay earlier this week).

I actually have a fairly light schedule. I see there's a breakfast with Dave Arneson on Monday (that's actually a ticketed event). So, I'm officially declaring an UNoffical (so, no assigned seating) Lunch With Keith at noon on Saturday; look for me in the hotel lobby and we'll figure things out from there! If you're planning to attend and see this, go ahead and RSVP here, so I get a sense of what we're dealing with. Beyond that, if I've got nothing to do, I'll probably sit in the lobby/longue area (doing work on my laptop, if no-one's talking to me)... if that's the case, please feel free TO come up and talk to me. I'm happy to talk about Eberron, play some Gloom, or do something else. So the only scheduled seminar is Sunday... but schedules were made to be adjusted!

I've been at Winter Fantasy the last few years, but that may mean they've had enough of me. ;) If you keep an eye on www.bossythecow.com, we post upcoming cons there. But hey! Bug con directors! Say "You should get that Keith Baker guy!" I'm always happy to make a trip east.

They're all like Hellcow himself: svelte, debonair, with a devil-may-care gleam in their eyes. This would be the ones who are not interested in the story, but in how buff and how powerful they can make a character that will kick *** wherever it goes. Whatever gives the bigger ego boost without regard to balance or the story itself. You will notice that this attitude will pervade into other lines of thinking as well for that age group.

I have seen this in "some" of the newer generation of roleplayers. They have the Final Fantasy syndrome. They have to have a sword twice their size and summon meteors that destroy the whole planet to defeat a 4HD creature. :)

I'll be there. :) I'm planning to show up for the Planes of Eberron talk, for sure, but at noonish on Saturday I'm demoing D&D Minis. :( Siran (and others) - if you have questions for Keith that you want answers to during the seminar, you can give 'em to me (either by email or this thread). I'll try and ask as many as I can. :)
