Okay this might be a stupid question, but I am curious. If an artificer loses a level due to various reasons, monster's ability, creating magical items, etc. When he regains that lost level will he regain his craft point reserve? I know he does not regain any action points, but I do not believe I saw anything about not getting back his craft reserve. I could be wrong, and would like to have this clerified for me a bit. Thanks.

For simplicity's sake, I'd let him keep his craft reserve if he loses a level, and not get any more when he gains that level back.

Ditto. After all, if he already spent some of that craft reserve before losing the level, the item(s) that he made don't just cease to be magical.

Also, you cannot voluntarily spend enough XP to lose a level for any reason (this includes making magic items).

I'd agree, with the stipulation that he also loses access to the Craft Reserve until he has regained that level.

Thanks everyone, this is what I thought, but figured I'd check just incase.
