In the corner of a bar in Lower Dorasharn sits a grizzled human with two days of beard, tattered clothing and a bottle of cheap booze. Pipe smoke curls around the table from a thin stemmed pipe in his mouth. An old and battered mandolin sits on the tabletop, a dagger lashed to the neck. The man looks up at the newcomers with lidded eyes and growls in a guff voice that sounds like he's had far to many pipes and drank too much booze. "What'ya want. Secrets better left unknown? Buy me a bottle and I'll let you in on the secret..." Buzz Fledderjohn is an old and world weary bard who served in the Last War. He speaks in a low growl and has seen things better left unseen by most folks. He knows quite a bit about esoteric bits of lore (Knowledge (History) +10) and odd magic items (Bardic Knowledge +5). He'll tell most folks what they want to hear for a bottle and what folks need to hear for favors. Most favors are couched in maudlin songs sung in a low growl. He can be a valuable contact for those who can unravel his lyrics. Felt inspired, so posted this. Probably listening to too much Waits... Cheers, SvD
