Campaign in the Age of Monsters [Archive] - Wizards Community

12-13-07, 06:30 PM I´m preparing a campaign where all PCs are Goblins or Hobgoblins, set in the Age of Monsters.

They will be soldiers of the Dhakaani Empire and they will fight in the war against the Daelkyr.

Where can I find more information for this?

12-15-07, 11:05 AM Yeah, we're not at Faerun levels of bloat yet. Vast tracks of history and even the current setting just have a one or two sentence hand wave mention of "Its over there somewhere", and thats it.

Its one of the great things about the setting, every square inch of it hasn't already been mapped out.

12-15-07, 11:34 AM That said, there are many here willing to help you, if you hit a writer's block on what to do. You're taking on a fairly large project with this, so you've got a lot of work ahead of you.

12-18-07, 06:32 PM Yeah, while its a perfectly valid timeframe choice (I've often said that Eberron has plenty of future book material to write, like sourcebooks on previous ages), but its so far outside of "normal" Eberron that besides from a few main points here and there, its going to be almost entirely homebrew.
