Hi i'm a fairly new DM and i have hit a brickwall, the problem is how are the players in my campaign going to survive in the Mournland for all of the part of Shadows of The Last War that takes place there?

The group consists of a Changeling Rogue, Kalashtar Monk , a Human Cleric and a Shifter Ranger (All of them are level two).

To be specific: How are they going to survive without hp recover? (Natural healing and spells won't work, so what will?)

Goodberries will. Goodberries don't fall under the healing subschool. Have them hit up some druids before they go, or stumble across a "grove" of Warforged druids trying to recover the Mournland.

Goodberry wine is good, its in the ECS I believe. Recovers 8 HP per dose, 5 doses in a bottle, but only works once per 8 hours.

I don't think that was in the ECS, igots. Think it was something more recent. Five Nations perhaps? I don't have my books with me right now so I can't say for sure. I do remember it was one of several ways listed that pc's could heal in the Mournlands; I just can't remember where I saw it. Anyone with their books handy want to pin this info down for the OP?

Yes, goodberry wine is described in Five Nations under the Cyre/Mournlands chapter.
