Character Conceptualization Problem. [Archive] - Wizards Community

09-22-05, 11:54 AM Greetings and Salutations fellow adherents to the One True Path of gaming… Eberron. Anyway… I have a problem. That being with character conceptualization. (Holy Mother I spelled that right!!) Anywho… See… I’ve got this problem. Which is where you lot come in… about character concepts…?

I’ve got WAY TOO MANY. And they all have to go. :D

So, this is what you all can do for me. As of this moment, I have eleven character concepts that are ready to go to good homes. I will be posting those later this evening. I’ve got at least one of everything, and if I don’t have what you are looking for, we’ll talk and I’ll do what it takes to put you in a shiny new character concept that fits your needs.

Character Concepts designed by me have Class/Prestige Class combinations. There are also a few single class options, since I realize that not everyone’s DM’s allow PrC’s. They also offer weapons, a general feel (such as archer for a martial class or charm specialist for arcane casters) further, they include a few interesting personality traits and a list of bulleted points for back story. Basically, everything you need to get right down too it. Of course each individual is responsible for creating their own crunchy bits, after all, I just give you the idea, and you all design the numbers to fit your play style.

So. Later today I will start off on the pre designed concepts. If you wish to speak to me for purposes related to conceptualization, I have a SN just for that, and it is CharProgenitor. So, what is it going to take for me to put you in a new character concept today?

09-22-05, 12:45 PM How about a good evil reaccuring villian for my campain? something good and evil and is very flexible. one minute he/she is commanding a undead group and the next he/she is leading pirates or coercing some government officals to make the party outlaws. you know just a good all around evil SOB that wants the party gone.

09-24-05, 09:06 AM Hello Guys. Look, I've got a few ideas percolating but there are a few things I forgot to ask. First, what source books do you have access too? Secondly, are there any plot lines that I need to consider? Third, and mostly for Thrasher, what level of baddie do you need? I'll have something for you by the end of the weekend though, so dont despair.

09-24-05, 05:25 PM Okay, I have acess to the core rulebooks, Eberron Campaign Setting, Complete Divine, Complete Arcane, Complete Warrior, Libris Mortis, and Races of Eberron. Let's see... This guy should have the Mark of Protection, and should also be a blue half-dragon (If possible). He is bitter at the dragonmarked houses, and uses the power of the Blood Of Vol and the Order of The Emerald Claw to bring the houses, especially House Denieth, down. He should be pretty strong because this campaign has 6 characters. But not strong enough to make a TPK. Very sorry for:A. Forgetting to specify these things before, and B. Being so specific. Sorry.
