A map has to be functional and I'd like to ask how it could be made useful to DMs or players who adventure in Sharn. The cogs and the upper and middle wards will follow in time. The detail isn't complete for this ward obviously. I'd be happy to explain the choices I've made for this map and would love to hear if I've made any errors with the tiered city structure concept.
