Given that a second level Juggernaut is immune to non-lethal damage (and extra damage from critical hits - but, that's trivial, with what I would like to ask), and need not eat, sleep, or breathe, does s/he need to take the Endurance feat to get other feats? I can't even recall the feat that made me think of this, but the pre-req was Endurance. After looking up the Endurance feat, I came to the conclusion that once I level up to Juggernaut 2, I will already have all of the benefits that Endurance grants. Due to this, would I still need to take the feat to be eligible for others, or do I just "naturally" have the Endurance feat? |

Unfortunately, unless the description says: "treat this as the Endurance feat," or some such language, then it would not count for purposes of meeting other feat prereqs. Sorry. By-the-way, Diehard is very nice, IMO! Almost worth wasting the Endurance feat in the first place. :P |
| Edymnion11-17-06, 04:41 PM | Thats the point. Endurance is pretty much a waste of a feat, and it's use as a prereq is to balance the more powerful feat. Essentially, you are spending two feat slots on one effect. |

The gist of it was that even though you didn't have a feat, etc... so long as you had all the benefits thereof you could qualify for things as if you did have it, for so long as you maintained the qualities that simulated the feat. The "treat this as the [blank] feat" text is generally for other feats that do a different thing entirely, but are in the same "tree" as it were. Like Shadow Blade in ToB that counts as having Weapon Finesse, even though the effects are different. |
