Dauntless 12-30-04, 07:01 PM	I know this may seem like a minor quibble, but I'm currently fleshing out a few of the districts where I expect my players to spend a good deal of time, starting with Clifftop. I figured I would name all the upscale and exotic trades and services (as there are rarely very many of them), along with adding the existing businesses to my personal notes on the area. So I flip to page 52, and notice that Clifftop has only one upscale trade and no exotic trades? Considering the existence of the Dragon's Hoard and The Augury, there should at least be one exotic trade and one exotic service listed. I guess this means I'll have to pretty much ignore the building listings, and just make it how I feel works out for me, but this does seem like a bit of an inconsistency, especially when other districts sometimes specifically point out what the upscale and exotic trades/services listed in their blocks are.
Raede 12-30-04, 07:51 PM	well, what is listed is only a suggestion. if putting those things in there makes the district jive with the feel you want it to have, go for it. the lack of these kinds of places could be something that makes the zone unique, however. you might come up with a reason why and the PCs may get involved with that reason if traveling through the area.
