So for the last three years I have been engrossed in mini gaming, primarily warhammer and confrontation with some warmachine. I've had the urge to run something but not the opportunity.

Recently I've gotten the opportunity and now I am coming back to D&D. I plan on running an Eberron game with a few modifications...(mostly I'm not sold on changelings as a race and they get replaced with Gensai...) in any case.

I have th Eberron Campaign book and have been diggin through the WOTC articles, Dragonshards, Under the Glass, and so on.

Is there any kind of advice you Eberron experts have that can help? I really want to run with the whole Noir, nothing at as it seems kind of stories and want to make sure the campaign stays on that note.

Well, for one thing: If you haven't already, go watch movies like Blade Runner. They help you get the feel of what the setting should be like (although with my current group I am starting things out friendlier and working my way up since they aren't familiar with Eberron yet).
