| Andrus_Shade09-21-07, 01:09 AM | Eberron has a couple of ways for mundane items to be crafted by crafters that don't need to rest (dedicated wrights or unseen crafter spell). Has anyone heard of any rules for how fast they can craft. If a human can only craft for 8 hrs a day before needing rest, wouldn't a construct (or spell) that does not rest be able to build things 3 times faster?? |

They just can't spend more than 8 hours on any single thing. Its even more strict for magic items, where your progress is measured in days regardless of how long you actually work on the item (as long as its at least 8 hours). |

Most crafting requires the ability to have a skill, which requires intelligence. I guest an intelligent construct such as a nimblewright could, but they are more expensive than paying a person. |
