Now, I know that KB does a conversion for each adventure for Paizo, but they are rather short and come out after rather long intervals. So I have decided to begin converting these adventures more thoroughly myself, using KB's words as a basis.

I will begin with The Champion's Belt, because so far, it is the one that needs the mostconversion, and I have it right here with me. But before that, I'd like to straighten out some minor points regarding the Wind Dukes.

For this, I know of these possibilities

1) the battles were between the Couatls and the Demons (although this presents the problem of who built the tombs...

or 2)The Dukes were actually Hobgoblin heroes of the Goblinoid Empire. Make the guy the Whispering Cairn was made for a cleric of elemental wind or somesuch to explain the wind thing. The Horns found at one point in the tomb are Daelkyr horns, and the Talisman of the Sphere a trophy taken by the Hobgoblin before he died. I'll be using this

NOW ONTO THE ADVENTURE!!!

Lahaka and Ekaym Should be from a highly-exotic area. My suggestion is to change their race to either Valenar or Aerenal Elf.

Next, Who do Raknian and Zahol worship? Why, they worship a Rajah explained in KB's LoD article who is the lord of undeath. The name Kyuss is still used, as this Rajah managed to channel himself into a Human named Kyuss once long ago.

Zahol should be changed to an Ak'chazar(sp?) Rakshasa, or something similar.

The Arena should be at the Cornerstone. All Natural Caves referenced in the adventure should instead be rooms, and the streams and and ponds are artificial. Raknian got a special permit allowing to-the-death battles as long as waivers were signed.

Any other Details???

You know...on paizo.com there's a free download called the "Age of Worms Overload," that does all the conversions from the generic no-name campaign world into Eberron terms...everyone wanting to run the Age of Worms in Eberron would do well to do download it and just run off that....

I know that. Look at the first paragraph in the original post:

I was thinking I could "Eberronify" it even more.

Siberys: I encourage you to continue this. Truth be told I was a little dissappointed with Keith's conversion of the first adventure (which may have made me stop buying them).

Making things more specifically Eberron is great (I love making Kyuss someone who channeled a Rajah). Keep at it.

What's wrong with Keith's conversion? I thought it was rather inventive.

I like the idea that the coatl and dragons sought out allies from the other planes to help battle the demons and rajahs.

As for the Champion's Belt, I actually have it set up that Auric won it while fighting in one of the gladiator rings in Droaam. When the party gets to Sharn, it will be an underground gladiatorial match set up by Daask, with Loris Raknian a mid-level thug in that organization. I'm treating winning the belt more like a modern wrestling match (as in, you can lose it any time, and not part of a yearly thing.) The Daask either have bought off any officials or have used thug tactics to silence them. Maybe even a few are in on it, reaping the profits from the gambling. This would not be the first time this event took place, but it was definately imported from Droaam.

Regardless, the semi-secret event will draw a huge crowd each day, and will not be stopped even though such fighting is banned in Sharn.

Honestly you are going to need to wait till the whole path comes out to start conversions. I started to convert “shackled city” to my own campaign world and literally had to scrap the conversion every time a new adventure was published.

Considering that I'm already running it, I don't think that's an option. :p

I needed to reread some of the adventure before answering some of these.

Lahaka and Ekaym Should be from a highly-exotic area. My suggestion is to change their race to either Valenar or Aerenal Elf.

Err, why? What's wrong with making them SHarn naties, even?

Next, Who do Raknian and Zahol worship? Why, they worship a Rajah explained in KB's LoD article who is the lord of undeath. The name Kyuss is still used, as this Rajah managed to channel himself into a Human named Kyuss once long ago.

Katashka the Gatekeeper is listed in the most recent Dragon as the Rajah that merged with Kyuss. Maybe they just call it Kyuss to keep the human cultist from knowing it is a Rajah?

Zahol should be changed to an Ak'chazar(sp?) Rakshasa, or something similar.

That's a little too powerful. CR 15 substituting for a CR 11. I don't see a good rakshasa to put in the place of a tiefling. Maybe a half-fiend with rakshasa traits?

The Arena should be at the Cornerstone. All Natural Caves referenced in the adventure should instead be rooms, and the streams and and ponds are artificial. Raknian got a special permit allowing to-the-death battles as long as waivers were signed.

I was going to put it in Lower Dura, perhaps Maleon's Gate, or a cleared out warhouse in Precarious.

Well, I never said kieth's weren't good; I said I was expanding upon them.

On Lahaka and Ekaym, it said they were exotic foreigners. I thought I'd keep that, and both Valenar and Aerenal were sufficiently Exotic and far away.

On the kyuss rajah, that's really what I was going for.

When I wrote this, I didn't have my MMIII with me. I chose Ak'chazar because it was an undead-focused rakshasa and fit with the LoD theme. If they're that powerful, Zahol will just be a LoD cultist.

On the arena, I wanted it to stay an open, Legal tourney to keep the open intrigue built into the Adventure. If you want it to be more underground and keep the intrique, how about, while a prominant thieves guild (Boromar?) supports the PCs, another backs Raknian poliutically (Daask?).

Lots of input to add to this, spoiler warnings though and alot of this draws on the outline in the Age of Worms overload:

When I run the Champion's Belt, the Arena will be a relatively new feature in Sharn, and this is the second year for the Games.

I figured that, as a 13th level fighter with a martial history, Rakinian was one of Breland's greatest, although most vicious, heroes of the last war with a reputation for favoring personal combats.

He wasn't cut out for a higher-up command rank, thus he was moved from the front to train new recruits at the age of 45 when his physical wear and tear started to show. However, he is still greatly celebrated in Breland and has amassed a large fortune via the spoils of war and a large reward from Boranel. Using this fortune and converting large amphetheatre in Upper Menthis, Rakinian created the Arena of Sharn. In the months following the end of the war, many ex-soldiers gathered in the Arena as their only source of income. A document similar to a Letter of Marque is required by the city of Sharn to fight in the arena.

I like the idea of Rakinian importing the idea from Drooam however....

Thinking of about Kyuss.... Here we have a suitably ancient corruptor confined by a cadre of fading druids... hmm, not unlike the daelkyr, isn't he? He could be a very powerful daelkyr who arrived in Eberron several centuries before the Daelkyr war. There, he won the sway of thousands of outcast goblinoids from the ancient empires and led them to Xen'drik. He was able to plunder the knowledge of the giants and unearth parts of the Draconic Prophecy which spoke of the Age of Worms there, and found his ultimate calling. Furthermore, the Avolakias are abberations and masters of the undead - the perfect creations of Kyuss.

Dragotha is a dragon banished from Argonessen for a half-remembered slight, and the events unfold here pretty much the same as in the Overload. Whispers from Xoriat come to Kyuss that the daelkyr attack is imminent, thus he instructs Dragotha to carry the monolith to the Shadowcrags, where the Wormcrawl Fissure is located. The Fissure has since become a holy site to the Plaguebearers, who (page 160 of ECS) "reveres an imprisioned force of filth and pestilence" - what a perfect fit. Not only this, but it deepen's Kyuss' influence in the world.

Kyuss' minions and spawn bolster the abberation armies of the daelkyr during the war. Eventually, the Gatekeepers suceed in banishing Kyuss and stealing Dragotha's phylactery, where they hide it in the northern edges of the Byeshk Mountians. Perhaps then the Library of Last Resort is located in the depths of Vvaraak's Cave in the Shadow Marshes....

I'd also like to fit Vol into this somehow. It seems strange that she wouldn't be involved in something with such a great necromantic presence. Perhaps Vol and Dragotha are working closely together on unleashing Kyuss again - Lashonna, the vampire white dragon mentioned in the Overload as Dragotha's ally and eventual betrayer seems like a perfect swap for Vol. Also drawing on material in the Overload, what if Redhand then were Karrnath, and Prince Zeech is none other than King Kaius III? The Ebon Triad could be replaced with the Order of the Emerald Claw, and Zahol could be a cleric of the Blood of Vol - you could even lead this into the uncovering of the Blood of Vol sect in Sharn. It changes a great deal of the social interactions in the standard adventure path but the added bonus is that the Age of Worms becomes intergrated into the setting itself. Not only this, but it only makes sense that powerful characters over 12th level would be rubbing shoulders with the big names in Eberron, especially in dealing with an 'end of the world' type game.

And what about Manzorian? Could he be a high-standing member of the Arcane Congress, if a somewhat aloof one? Magepoint is replaced with Arcanix, and Manzorian's fortress is located on a floating tower. The portents Manzorian gives of the age of worms relating to Cauldron could instead refer to the Last War and the destruction of Cyre.

As another cool idea I'm thinking of, the massive dragon attack in "Kings of the Rift" will probably not come from agents working for Dragotha, but draconic agents who believe that the Age of Worms must come to pass - and some dragons who intend to stop it... I think the idea of dragons fighting against each other as the apocolapse approaches should become quite the climax and a major theme towards the end of the path.
