For those of you who haven't looked at the new d20 Cyberspace book, there's a chapter devoted to implants and artificial body parts that are magic rather than technology based (sound familiar?). First, there's GOLEMTECH. This covers parts made using the same methods used to fashion golems. They can either be magical equivalents to the tech stuff, or limbs with the same properties as magic weapons or armor. Holy Weapon Legs, or +1 subcutaneous armor, are examples of this type. BONE RUNES absorb the powers of magic items directly into the host's bones. You can have the powers of a cloak of invisibility absorbed into the chest; a wand of fireballs in one arm, and a wand of lightning bolts in the other; whatever. And, my personal favorite, NECROTICS. Surgically attaching the body parts of undead creatures directly onto a living host. You can have the eyes of a vampire, an organ that lets you turn etherial, or get a full body undead replacement done! Enjoy! :D
