Bubba333 05-01-05, 05:29 PM	For those with LoM where do you feel the daelkyr fit into the aboleth cosmology? As far as the aboleth "dieties" go do you think that they're powerful examples of daelkyr, or some other titanic madness from Xoriat (or beyond...)? Also, can daelkyr have heroic classes?
taski 05-01-05, 09:35 PM	Yes. All of the above. The Daelkyr are maddeningly wierd, so their level of power could easily be as strong as the Aboleths' Evil Ones. Just don't forget the crippling weakness to cream pies.

I appreciate the info! I also had a poll of sorts: Do you feel that the daelkyr are one of the most powerful, vile and bad-ass beasties in D&D? BTW, I meant Elder Evils, not Evil Ones. Sorry!

Is there even a question about this? 20-50HD of sheer INSANITY! :D If my PCs ever make it to a level where they can even APPROACH a daelkyr, you can bet your dragonshards I'll be tossing one at them.
