Do these just keep building up charges? If someone doesn't use their ability for two or three days, is that two or three charges built up? Some of the abilities that's not that bad, but some of them like the upper Marks of Healing and Passage that's pretty nuts.

According to the ECS you gain an additional use of your dragonmark's spell-like abilities for each subsequent day afte the first 24 hours of wear. So if you wear it for 24 hours you would get one extra use of the ability is the way i read it and an additional one for each day of wearing it. Wizards website is being wanky right now so i can't check the errata but theres nothing in the ECS to suggest maximum amount of charges thouhg i wouldn't doubt that they would have done some kind of errata on that.

There does not appear to be any errata on the subject.

Actually, the way I would rule it is that you get one more use per day, in that sense that if you can cure light wounds 1/day, after 24 hours with the reservoir, you go to 2/day. It does not "charge" or "store" or any such thing. It just gives you an extra use per day. Period. Now, if you were a Phiarlan Dragonmark Heir who could disguise self 2/day, using the appropriate reservoir, you could disguise self 3/day. You are reading the "extra use for each day" as "one use added to the device for each day" which is not the intent. Rather, I believe it is meant to be (and is balanced for) the meaning of "one additional use of the power within each 24 hour period"
