| Neofish08-22-04, 12:24 AM | Does Dreadhold contain the true heir of Karrnath? I was reading the Lhazaar section and under Improtant Sites it describes Dreadhold, the great prison of the five kingdoms. Anyway, under the description says that rumors say that the prison holds a very important prisoner from Karrnath. It states under the Karrnath section that Kaius I replaced Kaius III, but exactly does replaced mean? Is Kaius III housed at Dreadhold? What do you think? please share. |
| Rajorke08-22-04, 12:42 AM | or maybe dreadhold holds the true heir of the Kingdom of Galifar. |
| Saurenda08-22-04, 01:13 AM | Oh, that is a great deduction! The true hier of Karranth. I was thinking along the lines of priest of the Blood of Vol, but this is even better. I'd give you extra action points if you were in my RPG. *huggles* |
| DarkerDreams08-22-04, 03:37 AM | in the ask kieth thred he suggested there's a clue to the location of Kius III is on pg 187 of the ECS... it appears that would be the page you're referring to. |
| Neofish08-22-04, 05:50 AM | Well... what can I say... A master inquisitive is never satisfied until the case is solved! |
| DarkerDreams08-22-04, 02:56 PM | just saying that there seems to be ample evidence you're on the right track. |
| Dex The King08-22-04, 06:28 PM | Kaius III, the real one, fits the bill of the "special" prisoner exactly. In my opinion, the evidence is conclusive, but that's just what I think. I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees it that way. |
| Teslacoil113808-23-04, 01:11 AM | I had thought the point obvious, but that's just me. :) It leads you to wonder how Kaius III would feel toward his grandsire, and what he'd do if he ever got out of Dreadhold somehow... I could see Kaius III allying himself with the Blood of Vol and the Emerald Claw to bust him out of the prison, and then going back to Karrnath to reclaim his rightful rulership. I might just use that in my campaign heehee... |
