A special challenge I want to create for one player/character requires drinking polluted water. After thinking of different scenarios, I think something wrong with the town's water supply would be the easiest way to manage this. As adventureres are, I expect that they will investigate what's going on there. That means I have a well in Galethspyre (where one of House Phiarlans grand festivals is hold currently). Nearby may be a natural cave system that is connected to that well (rather naturally or not). So, now I need to fill in some monsters (?) that live there and preferably with goods reasons and some shades of grey...
