There is a PC generator called Redblade that can be found at redblade.org To help for generating character's for Eberron campaign I have made a module for it based upon the ECS. I was just wandering how publically I could release this as it still would require a copy of the ECS for a number of things. I just want confirmation before I do anything even though I beleive the module still requires a copy of the ECS. Thanks
