| jonthegm10-26-04, 01:23 PM | Picture this: A couple of Cyran nationalists befriend a disgruntled House Lyrandar pilot of a smaller airship. Eventually, they convince the pilot to help them steal the ship. Now, on the run from the House, they try to lie low while making money where they can, running passengers as well as illegal cargo... The "Captain" - LN Fighter 2 / Rogue 2 The "Warrior Woman" - LN Fighter 4 The "Merc" - NE Fighter 4 The "Pilot" - CG Rogue 2 / Expert 2 The "Engineer" - NG Artificer 4 The "Mysterious Cleric" - LG Monk 4 (Silver Flame) The "Doctor" - N Cleric 4 (Sovereign Host) The "*****" - N Bard 4 The "Crazy Child" - Crazy Child NPC Heh, oh... I'm too obsessed... but say what you will, the general idea might actually work... Khorvaire is too big for Lyrandar to effectively hunt down one little ship outside of more opportunistic situations... |

| Wren10-26-04, 05:01 PM | Ooooooo.... now that could work. :D |
| Erred Knight10-26-04, 06:03 PM | Never thought about it, but that would work!! By the way, the DVD set is great.. Not all the episodes are good, but the majority are top notch I'd say! And no commercials! Truly a wonderous thing! |
| Takasi10-26-04, 10:18 PM | I think the idea of running an Eberron campaign with a Firefly influence is very interesting. However, I think you should use a small sailing ship, not an airship. Serenity was a very common Firefly class ship. Also, open water is more like space than constantly soaring above towns and cities. Maybe later they can bind an elemental or something as part of an adventure. |
| Draamal10-27-04, 11:42 PM | I can't wait for the movie this summer. I hear it's going well. |

| helzapoppn10-28-04, 04:09 PM | Also, followers of The Mockery -- with their love of flensing and self-mutilation -- would be excellent stand-ins for The Reavers. :D |
| Alhandra's Feisty Destrier10-30-04, 09:11 AM | You need more level variety. No way are Mal or River the same level as the others. And Jayne needs at least one level of Rogue. :D |
