So Dungeon 113 is slated to have an Eberron adventure, and I was thinking it might be perfect for a quick one-off game to get some of my players interested in the world. Does anyone have any idea as to the mean character level(s) or geographic location? I'm sure it will be low-level, though preferably not 1st, so as to give a few more options in terms of new races/feats/abilities.

I don't know about the dungeon adventure, but the Campaign Setting book also has an adventure in the back. It is a 1st level adventure set in Sharn.

My guess would be that the adventure would support

"a party of four players ranging from level 2 to level 4"

and that a "variety of races/classes is recomended"

with warnings such as
"if the players wish to play psionic classes, or the kalashtar race then the DM will need the Expanded Psionics Handbook"
or
"If one of the players decides to play a Warforged Character, then it is recomended that there also be an Artificer in the party."

I think that this is a mistake on Paizo's webpage. First of all, Erik Mona (Editor in Chief, Dungeon magazine) posted on another board that the adventure Thirteen Cages is in issue #114. Furthermore, the format change to Dungeon starts with issue #114. Some of the features described here are indicative of the new format (i.e. Wil Wheaton's column, "Wil Save"). I think that the above listing is for issue #114, not #113.

According to the blurb about Dungeon #113 in the latest Dragon magazine (#321), it will feature Dungeon's first Eberron adventure, The Queen with Burning Eyes . Don't worry Shemov, I'm sure we'll be getting our Eberron goodies in Dungeon.

Thanks for the info folks. Would still like to see if someone can nail down the suggested character levels though. I think a quick Dungeon adventure would be a great intro, so as to maybe get my gamers interested for the next campaign we run in full force. Again, just hoping it might be mid-ish level (3-4) so as to give a better representation of new character options.

Anyone know?

(and before handing out the usual "just tailor your own adventure" advice, let me just state that I plan this as a quickie between two established homebrew campaigns, the design of which takes up most of my limited free time. I'd just like something that I could throw in on the fly, during some session when we're down 2 players or whatnot, without too much modification)
