Eberron Maps? [Archive] - Wizards Community

11-28-04, 12:48 PM While I and my gaming group like the setting, we're very disappointed in the quality of the maps within the book (not all to the same scale, scattered across pages, etc.), and even more disappointed by the lack of a fold-out map...

Anyone know if there are any plans to release a map set for Eberron? We looked at the downloadable maps but we were again disappointed. No compass rose, no cities, no Lightning Rail lines...

11-28-04, 01:01 PM There will be a fully marked up map of Khorvaire with borders, trade roads, lightning rail lines etc. with the Eberron DM screen due out next summer.

The coloring also makes it harder to read, for me at least.

11-28-04, 01:52 PM Dungeon Magazine had a really nice one, a few months ago. It was a full color folding map, kind of like the Forgotten Realms one. You might try to find a copy.

I have mine hanging on the wall.

Just a note -- that map is essentially a large-sized version of the full-continent map in the ECS. It has the names of the nations and such, but it does not have cities, lightning rail lines, significant landmarks, etc. That is, it is missing all the stuff you get in the nation-specific sub-maps in the book. But, as someone has said, a large-sized map with all that information is due to be released with the DM screen.
