| Joni-san04-09-05, 05:50 AM | I'm going to order some D&D stuff later today and I was wondering which copies of Dragon and Dungeon contain Eberr@n material. I know that Dragon Mag. #324 has Quori, #329 is supposed to have something and #330 has the Umbragen article. But what about Dungeon? #111 has the LoB stats, right? #115 has a Adventure by Keith. What else is there? Have I forgotten anything? |
| Joni-san04-09-05, 08:39 AM | Seems as if I can't order RoE yet :weep:. It seems like the thread has a smaller urgency for now. In any case, does anybody know about Eberron material in Dragon and Dungeon? |
| Makabriel04-09-05, 08:59 AM | Just to throw in my opinion, I'm kinda annoyed that we have to buy magazine suppliments to get world info these days. Yeah, yeah.. they're cheap and all, but It's still an inconvenience. |

The WotC hardbacks aren't being released that frequently, and teh conventional wisdom is that adventures aren't profitable on their own. The 'world info' has largely been adventures and a possible stat block for the LoB. The latest magazines do cover a bit of material on the Drow and offer an 'adventure backdrop,' but it's not required reading or anything. |

| Zunishahd04-13-05, 01:10 AM | Let us see... In Dragon #329 the Novel Approach column is about Marked for Death. The next Dragon, #332, is supposed to have an article about Cults of the Dragon Below by Mr. Baker. I hope it's in there, but the preview column has been incorrect in the past... In Dungeon #113 is the Queen with the Burning Eyes. The adventure is not that great but the tiny shreds about Sharn were handy back when the sourcebook was a dim spot on the horizon. Dungeon #117 has Mr. Baker's Fallen Angel adventure. Good by most accounts (my group included). And the current Dungeon #122 has a set piece, The Ring of Storms, by Mr. Baker. Decent source material for an adventure deep into the heart of Xen'Drik (i.e. higher level). Did I forget anything? |
| JohnnyONeal04-13-05, 10:02 AM | I'm doing my best to keep an updated list of all Eberron articles and releases in the Newbie FAQ (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=254109). Check it out! |
| Joni-san04-13-05, 12:37 PM | Zunishahd, Johnny, thank you for your contribution, but I have already made my order from my FLGS. But I'll keep this thread on my Subscription list for future reference :) |
| Medesha04-16-05, 04:47 PM | You can also get information at the Dungeon & Dragon magazine messageboards. http://paizo.com/paizo/messageboards And order back issues and what have you. |
| Joni-san04-16-05, 06:48 PM | Thank you Medesha. I've considered joining the Paizo boards for roughly a month and I think I may do so after receiving my order :) Besides, they have this really cute avatar over there (http://paizo.com/image/avatar/warforged.gif) :P |
| Medesha04-16-05, 07:24 PM | That they do, though I'm dead crazy over my Scott Fischer medusa avatar. :) |
