Eberron Online... [Archive] - Wizards Community

I'm very interested in joining an Eberron campaign, but my gaming group has been running the same campaign for almost a year and a half and I'm the only one who knows anything about/has any intrest in Eberron. So, I've been trying to find a game on the 'net... I've looked at RPoL and a bunch of stuff on Google, but there's nothing looking for players...

Any ideas where I could look/anyone recruiting

03-25-06, 05:19 AM When I saw "Eberron Online" I thought you were referencing DDO: the D&D MMOG.

If you're looking to find players then click here for the Gamer Classifieds boards (http://boards1.wizards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=347).

You might also want to set up fliers in your local game or hobby store, or university student union (if you're in college).

I've joined 5 Eberron games on RPoL in the last week and a half.

03-26-06, 01:32 AM Unfortunately that doesn't mean any of them are worth joining. Several criteria must be met in order to game in a play by post game -that is worth your time-, and simply being there isn't one of them. However, given the benefit of the doubt, I would say signing up for them is a good start.

I am interested in DMing an chat-based Eberron game, but have neither a style of play nor a campaign outline set in stone. It would be via irc or AIM. Openrpg just doesn't do it for me.

Interest?

03-27-06, 09:27 AM you can check the game on my sign, and apply to join if you like

although i don' t think we currently need another player it could be nice to see one more member at the party (if the other players agree)
