so has anyone else seen any ad's for an eberron video games. I saw an ad on the back of the manual for never winter nights. I found this (http://www.gamespot.com/pc/strategy/dungeonsanddragonsrts/preview_6095102.html) so it appears it's going to be an RTS, and quite in depth.

turns out there's two of'em a MMORPG as well.

There are two Eberron games in development. One is DnD online (which I believe is set in Xen Drik(sp) and the other is the RTS title displayed in the link you have presented. I am not that exited about the RTS, and I will probably give DnD online a day in court. But sadly I dont have enough free time to truely play an MMORPG. There are multitudes of people on all of them that have seemingly more time to play the MMORPG than I have time to breathe. Its some kind of time space anomaly or a conspiracy of some sort I think.

That being said what I wish was being developed was an NWN style Eberron game where I could have a DM client and a tool set to make Eberron modules for my friends(not saying that I havent begun to do so already with the current NWN toolsets, but I would love to see a game made on the NWN game engine set to the tune of Eberron). I know that NWN 2 is in development and is scheduled for q3 2006, so maybe ill keep my fingers crossed and hope that that new Aurora style game engine might show some Eberlove.

The D&D Online MMOG will be set in Eberron & there will be an article in next month's edition of Game Informer about it.

I have a subscsription, so I get to see it this month.

There are only two screenshots, but the game looks pretty good, but it will be produced by Turbine (who brought you Asheron's Call), and that scares me a little.

If you like MMOG's, now would be a good time to see if you can get into the beta test.

I hope that a more traditional D&D PC game (along the lines of Baldur's Gate or ToEE) will be released for Eberron, but I fear that another setting will be due for a game, and will get it, as Eberron already has 2 in the works at nearly the same time.

Well personaly I'm excited about the MMORPG that's coming out, I think that this will be an amazing way to bring the world of Eberron to life and have players be able to explore it to it fullest (provided the do it right) as for the RTS, it all matters how they do it, if it's good, then it will definatly be a title I'll want to pick up, and from the sounds of it, there going to be going down the road of innivation, not just stamping eberron into a warcraft, or age of empires like game.

I would get the Eberron online game...but I'm going to instead get the MMORPG game for my favorite fantasy setting.

World of Warcraft!

I like Eberron, but I'm afraid I like the world of Azeroth just a little better.:p

I was in the Stress test for WoW and an still recovering from the quick setting addiction.

If I could try D&D online free I would definatly give it a shot, but I haven't heard anything about it that gets me extremly enthused.

My only problems with those MMORPG's are that you have to pay for them to play them. Guildwars, developed by ex-blizzard employees, is a game under development which doesn't require a montly fee. I really look forward to it...
