| Edymnion05-19-05, 08:28 PM | http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/news/20050519news Eberron is up for Best Roleplaying Game Suppliment! *crosses Keith's fingers* |
| Shas'O05-19-05, 09:44 PM | It would be awesome if eberron won, and I hope it does. it deserves it. |
| Marshall Stone05-20-05, 03:44 AM | Man I'm off two minds on this. On the one hand Eberron is really cool, but I don't consider it a supplement. It's THE current campaign setting for the group I run. Unearthed Arcana on the other hand I can see as a true Supplements book, especially with all it's optional rules and variants. The very Ideal of a supplements book. So while I might enjoy it if Eberron won, I think Unearthed Arcan fits the Best RPG SUPPLEMENT just a bit better. <ducks for cover> Now, if you had Best New RPG Campaign setting, well then it's definitely...Warcraft! JUST KIDDING!!!!! It's EBERRON all the way! |
| polt05-20-05, 06:01 AM | Warcraft isn't exactly new. |
| Edymnion05-20-05, 03:00 PM | Yeah, and campaign setting books are suppliments. They are additional books that expand upon the originals, and are supplimental :P |
| drasticale05-20-05, 03:07 PM | Yeah, you use a campaign setting to supplement the Core rules... Mix until desired affect is reached... Eberron should totally win, but I'm not biased or anything... At least I like to think I'm not biased. |
| ieattrollsforbreakfast05-20-05, 03:48 PM | If Eberron doesn't when I'll be very disappointed. Then again, I am a little biased. What is it up against besides UA? |
| Edymnion05-20-05, 11:26 PM | What is it up against besides UA?Dunno, the main site only listed the WotC products to get nominated, and I don't exactly have the gumption to go hunt down the real homepage for the awards and thumb through a bunch of stuff I don't care about to find out :P |
| MarkB05-21-05, 06:05 AM | If Eberron doesn't when I'll be very disappointed. Then again, I am a little biased. What is it up against besides UA? | lugnut7105-22-05, 01:10 PM | I don't know depends on the voting system. If there are judges or not that kind of thing. |
