I can't find a description of this item in any book on Eberron that I have.

Anyone know what this is?

09-14-05, 02:56 AM I'm pretty sure it's bLinding, not binding. It's supposed to be a thing a warforged can use (like the essence nodes in the ECS) to give his body the blinding shield ability. The errata has changed it to an essence node of the scout (from the ECS) instead, though.
