I'm playing an artificer currently in an online game, and the main goal of the character is to advance eternal wands beyond the point of level 3 spells and caster levels of 6. The book says further research and work can progress them, but I didn't see a formula for calculating thier price.

Normal wands cost Caster level x Spell level x 750 for 50 charges. A normal scroll costs clx sl x 25 with 0 level spells counting half that of a first level.

Thus a normal eternal wand, with a 0 level spell costs 420, and a level 1 eternal wand costs 820. Simple enough. The formula should then be
cl x sl x 820. However when I calculate a 3 level spell, min caster level 5...

3 x 5 x 820 = 12300, in opposition to the book's 10900gp.

Can anyone give me the acurate formula, or has one been talked about for young up and coming artificers?

Spell level x caster level x 720 +100.

The 720 is from 1800*2/5.
