Well met all. I'm trying to gather together a summary of the official/published material relating to the Demon Wastes and the locations within it. I'm hoping the other Eberron fans frequenting this board can help me finish off my summary and point me toward any sources I've missed.

Sources:-
1. Eberron Campaign Setting (p. 25, 158-163)
2. Players Guide To Eberron (p. 34-37)

Locations:-

Ashtakala - Last citadel of the Lords of Dust, surrounded by storm, cloaked in illusion, home to Rakshasas, Zakyas and a host of minor demons (ECS 161).

Broken Stone (ECS 161) - ?

Burning Keep (ECS 161) - ?

Desolate (ECS 161, 163) - ?

Festering Holt - Nearest humanoid settlement to Ashtakala. Home to goblinioids, orcs, humans and a few others. (ECS 161, Hamlet, Pop.200)

(ECS 162)

Lake of Fire - A natural maze of deep canyons and mesas, where Dragon Below meets Dragon Between, home to the Ghaash’kala clans. (ECS 162)

Maruk Dar (ECS 162) - Ghash’kala settlement in the northern Labyrinth.

Rotting Blade (ECS 161, Thorp, Pop.40) - A hidden settlement of kobolds, humand and orcs all service the will of the night hag queen Vraria and her lesser fiend minions.

Shaazarak (ECS 161) - ?

Starkcrag Rock (ECS 161) - ?

Vostethatra (ECS 161) - ?

Inhabitants and Power Groups:-

Carrion Tribes, The (ECS 159) - Barbaric tribes eking out an existence under the influence of the malevolent entities of the western Demonic Wastes.

Lords of Dust (ECS 159) - Evil rakshasas (mostly) scheming to free their ancient demonic overlords from within Khyber.

Maruk Ghaash’kala (ECS 159-160; PGE 36) - Orcish (mostly) clans guarding the Labrinth to prevent fiendish and tainted creatures from escaping.

Moon Reavers (ECS 160) - A carrion tribe devoted to the service of the Demonic Waste's night hags.

Night Hags (ECS 160) - Nine rulers of the Demon Wastes and generally hostile students of mystical arts, including Kyrale, an respected ambassador and mediator.

Plaguebearers (ECS 160) - A carrion tribe devoted to the worship of a force of filth and pestilence.

Sakah, The (PGE 35) - Natives of the Demon Wastes born physically the taint of the fiendish powers trapped within and beneath the land.

At present that sums up what I've found. Any pointers on other information would be greatly appreciated.

To my knowledge, that's all there is. It, like Q'Barra/Aerenal/Droaam hasn't really been fleshed out at all, let alone mentioned beyond the ECS/PGtE.

Doh! Just realised I started this thread on the general forum instead of People and Places where I meant to. Rats.

Thanks for the reply Rechan. I figure I've summed up most of what's out there, and I'm happy if thats all there is.

I just figure there's a good chance I've missed something somewhere that might fill in some blanks and if I can fill in those blanks properly before I take my campaign into the Wastes I can stay true to canon.
