I've searched the threads, checked SotLW and the ECS, but to no avail.

Where are the stats for the Coward's Pearl.?

Is it a wonderious item, what's its CL.? What spells are required to craft one.?

I'm pretty sure it's not been defined in any official material, but here are a couple of relevant quotes from the AKB FAQ:

I can't find the description for this item in either the DMG or the ECS. What exactly does this item do?

A It's a one-use item combining the effects of obscuring mist and dimension door. Good for the quick getaway.
As a side note, with the gear value of a 17th level character, Maza could wear an amulet of health +4, belt of giant strength +4, and gloves of dexterity +4 to help offset her infirmity. She could also wear a cloak of charisma +4 to help her in the council... and still have 30,000 gp for useful items like a pan of prestidigitation and a coward's pearl (a one-use item combining obscuring mist and dimension door).
So going from those, it looks like a single-use wondrous item with spell prerequisites Obscuring Mist and Dimension Door, probably about caster level 7, with a market value below 30,000 gp.

In fact value around 3000gp. Command word activated 1 use 4th level spell CL 7 plus a first level spell too.

If it were once per day it would cost 15 - 16K GP.

That sounds about right. Expensive for a one-use item, but handy in a pinch, and it's a great concept - the ultimate D&D version of the classic "disappears in a puff of smoke" exit - Batman would love them.

Batman could afford them. :P

I would use the price scheme for potions to price the pearl; it's the one given in the DMG for a use-activated one-shot item. You get 4x7x50 gp for the dimension door (spell level x caster level x 50 gp) and 1x7x50x1.5 (price increase for multiple abilities on one item); hence 1400 + 525 gives you a final price of 1925 gp for the Coward's Pearl, if one goes by the pricing scheme according to the DMG and DMG errata.

If you are calculating the market price by the DMG tables, I would caution against using the lower cost for a multiple-use, command-activated item as a justification to lower the price further, as using a potion provokes an attack of opportunity and using a command-activated item doesn't. If anything, you might want to raise the price for this reason.

Ask and ye shall recieve.

Actually, this is a very easy question to answer (which is why it's being answered ahead of a few others).

Coward's Pearl: This enchanted pearl is the perfect tool for escaping insurmountable odds. When the brittle pearl is crushed, two effects occur. First, the user receives the benefit of expeditious retreat, with a duration of 8 minutes. Second, the user can immediately teleport up to 680 feet as if using dimension door. The user can bring two other willing creatures, but the user must be touching these creatures, and they do not receive the benefit of expeditious retreat.
A coward's pearl can be set into a ring, brooch, necklace, or bracelet. The coward's pearl is destroyed when it is used.
Moderate conjuration and transmutation; CL: 8th; Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, dimension door, expeditious retreat; Price: 2,000 gp

I don't know what happend to the Obscuring Mist, but heh, it's still cool.
