| echoota03-20-07, 02:10 PM | Are there any treatments of famous battles within the Last War, or in more recent history within Eberron? Aside of course from the compilation novel, "The Last War". |
| Syltorian03-20-07, 02:15 PM | A few are mentioned in the novels (the Dreaming Dark mentions one, for instance); Fire Pillar and Scion's Sound Landing as well as Jareck's Hill are mentioned here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ebsi/20051121a). Arjon Ford is mentioned in the Mournland section of 5N. Other than that, little has been said. But in June, The Forge of War (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=products/eberron/957287200) will be out, and should give you (and the rest of us) the answers we seek! |
| Nived03-20-07, 02:20 PM | In the Dragon Below Trilogy there is a famous battle that is the crux of a fued between two of the main characters. The Battle of Nareth. A Karrnathi town defended by a small contingent of Karrnathi and the Frostbrand an elite Deneith mercenary corp. Aundarians managed to get in behind enemy lines through the sewers and broke the defenders loose... then proceeded to raze the entire town to the ground. Burned every building, killed all they could find. The Battle of Nareth is one of the great massacres of the Last War. |
