Alac Luin 09-04-04, 07:55 PM	In the Oct issue of PC Gamer the is a pic of an aerial combat in what has to be Eberron. Warforged, shifter, a Lyrandar airship (a small one that reminds me of a Chinese Junket, or whatever those small fishing ships are called) Well, the airship is being attacked by Gnolls flying around on some small flying boards. Should we to expect to these things stated out sometime? Are these official? What do you think?

I almost feared the answer would be "They are all just riding on Floating Disk, even if they couldn't from the spell description" This pic (sorry, I cant upload it for varrious reasons) may have been done in sharn, so maybe in that book once it comes out. :)

It is broken into little bits on the front of the Sharn book, but you see it intact on inside pages (much like the ECS book front art). The airship is not a small House Lyrandar airship, but a Sharn skycoach. I would assume they act like taxis between in the City of Towers and only work because of the manifest zone there. The gnolls are indeed riding some kind of mystic skyboard, probably the Sharn equivalent of Segway machines. Again, probably only working in Sharn's manifest zone. No word as yet if one of the gnolls is the barbaric ancestor of Kit Cloudkicker. [Bonus XP to those who get the reference.] Sharn... fly the (un)friendly skys!

Well, that explains the lack of an elemental ring :D Personally, I was pitureing the sky coaches diferently, but thats fine from my standpoint. It's nice to know where that pic came from. Two words, "Tail Spins" a rakshasa warloard A shifter named Luie owning the tavern you claim as a home base... I can see it.

Not everyone. My PC is still on the look out for a Lawgiver, but the DM seems to be against this idea on the grounds that armour piercing rounds make full plate rather a mote point.
