ksbsnowowl 10-03-06, 08:46 PM	I'm about to start The Forgotten Forge for a group tomorrow night. The adventure says that it starts on a warm, rainy night. Would this indicate it should be the equivalent of around May or June? Or can it be during "winter" since Sharn is sort of close to the equator? How tropical is Sharn?
Edymnion 10-03-06, 10:26 PM	Well, the King's Forest is semi-tropical, if memory serves, and its right next to Sharn. However, Sharn is *VERY* tall, there's no reason you can't say that it doesn't snow on the top sections during the winter, and you can set the modules at any time of year you want, you're the DM. Just change some flavor text, make sure everybody is wearing their coats, and you're good to go.

Of course the city being in the middle of a Syranian manifest zone can make the weather a little...tricky.

Thwyvylyn 10-06-06, 10:12 PM	I'd honestly say that North Breland is about like Tennesse or North Georgia. Hot/Muggy in the Summer and Icy in the Winter but not snowy. South Breland would be like Florida. Hot or Warm, most of the year, tons of rain and fog. Fair in the winter, maybe not less than 60.
