I can't seem to find this in the Eberron basic book. Anybody got any ideas? Page reference? Of if it's not listed, anybody got any good guesses?

I guess I am talking about moderately sized shards (Khyber in this case, but values on all of the types would be a help).

Thanks!

It works just like gemstones of any other kind. Dragonshards are not just valued for their weight or size. Purity, color, flaws, cut, and quality are what makes one dragonshard worth more than another. Add to that the fact that dragonshards have magical properties, and you could have a shard the size of the Hope Diamond that turns out to be useless for anything but decoration while a pinhead sized piece of shard with a rare magical resonance might be worth a fortune.

Game mechanic: the DM sets the value, and it doesn't have to have anything to do with size.
