Has anyone ever heard of these outside of Secrets to Xendrik. I have finally decided to come up with my DM answers to the unsolved mysteries of Eberron. I have answered a lot of questions, but these names were in the book, and never explained.

IIRC, the area now occupied by Stormreach was part of the Cul'sir Dominion (something that will come up in the Stormreach sourcebook), so whatever you do, you may want to take this into account.

I did not even know a stormreach book was coming out, thanks. What about the Group of Eleven? Are they part of one group. All I need is a yes or no for this one.

Yes. A group of eleven, even.

Sorry, what I meant was are they tied with the Cul'sir group?

No, they are two distinct cultural and political forces.

I don't know if you can answer this Hellcow, but is City of Stormreach going to be edition-proof? I imagine something along the lines of Sharn, City of Towers with tons of fluff mostly. But, the street date says Feb. 2008 and that's very close to the release of 4th Edition.

It is going to be similar to Sharn, so there's a lot of edition-proof material. However, what WotC said at Gen Con is that they will be providing specific 4E conversions for Stormreach and Dragons of Eberron. Whether these are simply printouts or actual PDFs that incorporate the 4E rules, I don't know. But the answer is that it's NOT edition-proof -- it includes rules elements -- but that WotC has said that they will provide a 4E conversion for it.
