04-03-07, 10:28 AM IIRC, it was dropped from the books and may never see print, but a few people have taken pot shots at generating it. As far as in modern Eberron, having an aberrant 'siberys' mark or a Khyber mark, or whatever you want to call it, is like begging the D'marked houses to kill you. So no, there are no rules on one as of now, but a few homebrew versions exist... somewhere out there.

The only thing that it says is on the last few pages in which it states that for the last couple hundred years abberent marks were believed to be declining but that there has been a recent renewal or upsurge lately. my main bad girl in my campaign is the leader of house tarkanan I don't remember her name but she is mentioned in the sharn it doesn't say what type of abberant mark she has so I gave her an hier mark and made it greater shout 8th lvl spell

Actually, the aberrant PrC cut from Dragonmarked was an aberrant equivalent of the dragonmark heir, not the heir of Siberys.

I did read Keith saying something about it being cut from the original rulebook IIRC....

Converting the Heir of Siberys or Dragonmark Heir into an "Heir of Khyber" PrC would be really easy. The only real work would be flavor text, IMO.
