| Kalanth06-19-07, 09:44 PM | I am running a group of new to Eberron players through the first set of Modules. I felt it appropriate for them, as these modules are very good at introducing the world to new players. When the modules come to an end I had many ideas of where to take the characters from there, but I have decided that it will be the many different House Cannith locations that were found in Rose Quary that would become the focuse of the next portion of the campaign. So I had a few questions regarding them: 1) Where have you placed them? Using the coordinates given in the modules it wont be to hard to place them, but if you have some more specific ideas I am all ears. 2) What kind of facilities have you used? More underground chambers like Whitehearth? Or maybe an abandoned temple of some kind? 3) What kinds of things are they creating at the facilities? 4) They go after the facilities, but who would really be the most interested in what they find? I could answer these in time, but I figured I would ask the community to jump start my thoughts regarding these places. |

They had some interest of the original facilities earlier, but further events distracted those said interests. to re-introduce them, make sure something is happening there. dont railroad them, but gently nudge them towards evidence that "maybe merrix has a weapons testing facility still in satble condition in northern Dargunn" or possibly" aundarian soul bonding facilities giving sentience to iron golems" up near arcantric(or whatever those floating towers wqere called. really, it's up to you as the DM to make sure the players THINK they want to go somewhere. after all, you are the one that gives them everything they want...and need. |
