| 6FootGnome10-02-05, 07:43 PM | Do they even know if they exist? Do they know about the dreaming dark? |
| Charles Phipps10-02-05, 08:00 PM | The Kalashatyr are basically just a freaky race from Sarlona that has odd powers, are abnormally polite, and more or less spew ethnic obscenities and weird ass conspiracy theories about the Riedrans at every available opportunity. |
| Tek10-02-05, 08:08 PM | ... and sometimes they mistake both the Khalsthar and the Kalashatyr as actual Kalashtar. |
| Charles Phipps10-02-05, 08:13 PM | People who correct other people's spelling on the net.... *whistles* I'm not saying. |
| Tek10-02-05, 08:15 PM | You seemed to have read my post wrong, because I didn't correct anyone's spelling. |
| Streamweaver10-02-05, 08:21 PM | For the most part I don't think people around Eberron think about Kalashtar at all. They're not really common enough for folks to encounter them as they do with even Warforged. For the most part I play people in my world as hearing strange rumors, some consider them an urban myth, or humans that follow a strange cult (kind of the way westerners view followers of some obscure eastern paths). |
| 6FootGnome10-02-05, 08:24 PM | Can we get back on topic here? |
| Setherial10-03-05, 02:44 AM | It's as streamweaver says, they are first of all not very common and second they want to blend in and not draw attention. Most Kalashtar pass as humans and few know about them. I would treat them on knowledge checks as a myth as well, some strange cult of humans with the power to control the minds of others (true or not left aside).... |
| Streamweaver10-03-05, 11:28 AM | Can we get back on topic here? I thought I was? Either way, best way to get back on topic is to address the folks that were staying on it the first place and not feed the hijackers. Streamweaver threads, now with 20% more irony. |
