10-02-05, 08:21 PM For the most part I don't think people around Eberron think about Kalashtar at all. They're not really common enough for folks to encounter them as they do with even Warforged.

For the most part I play people in my world as hearing strange rumors, some consider them an urban myth, or humans that follow a strange cult (kind of the way westerners view followers of some obscure eastern paths).

10-03-05, 02:44 AM It's as streamweaver says, they are first of all not very common and second they want to blend in and not draw attention. Most Kalashtar pass as humans and few know about them. I would treat them on knowledge checks as a myth as well, some strange cult of humans with the power to control the minds of others (true or not left aside)....
