I posted the same thing in the Arms & Armor part but not sure if it belongs there or not so its going here too. Something of reasonable size, say big enouph that it could fit 4 people and their gear, has conducter stones on the bottem and is pulled by something like a creature(s) with supernatural flight and goes on the lightning rails tracks? How much would it cost? What checks would be needed to built it and how illegal would it be? How exspensive would it be to make it so it could be dismantled easily and put into 2 type 1 bags of holding (without making it magical)?
