one of the pcs in my campaign is a shifter and is a hrazaak champion.
i made a few matches playing them with ordinary turn to turn rules.. it takes far too much time.
any idea of how i can do to speed up? i was thinking a rule inspired to the dnd companion war system.
any suggestions?

Probably some combination of standard rolls. I'd take some kind of aggregate "skill" value for the entire team, for the following categories:

1 - Mobility roll (Run/Climb/Jump/etc), may be Defense
2 - Offensive Roll (Throw/Tackle/etc)
3 - Stamina roll (Con check or even Fort save)
4 - Add effects of Feats (Leadership, etc), subtract penalties (environmental, morale, etc)

Add up the total result rolled, and compare to the other team's total. Highest total wins. A narrow difference means it was a close game; a wide spread means it wasn't...

So a team with a good offensive game (but a bad defense) is about on even par with a more broad (but mediocre) team - the rest comes down to luck.

That'd be the simple way. Going to a blow-by-blow, turn-by-turn could be interesting (so a Tackle or Block is actually handled with an attack roll vs. AC), but probably waaaay too much detail.
