Buddy 1 "Dire Flails are so silly."
Buddy 2 "Super silly."
Me "Yes they are."
Buddy 1 "Since they really woudln't work. Seriously, who would design a weapon like that?"
Me "In Eberron? Goblins. Though that could have been durring the war with the realm of Madness. So you can't really blame them."
Buddy 2 starts laughing madly, "I have a great idea!"
Me "I'm scared."
Buddy 2 "The madness thing makes far to much sense!"
Me "So what an insane goblin with a dire flail?"
Buddy 2 "wang, clang, bang, scream of death" "now that my dire flail has proven to be a resounding success there is only one place left for my daring mind to go!!! SWORD CUCKS!"
*much laughter*
Buddy 1 "That's it, new recurring character in my game insane goblin with a dire flail."
Me "Well at least we know the real reason the Dhakaani empire fell."

04-05-06, 05:42 PM Now, that's just silly. A dire flail actually work - if it had chains so long that one of the "balls" could lay on the ground all the time :P
