First off, I love Eberron. I thought Dark Sun was the only imaginitive D&D setting in a long while, well Mr. Baker, you have trumped that.

Anyways, my question is in regard to how Psionics is to be dealt with in an Eberron campaign. Which of the transparencies as perscribed in the book works best? The Standard Magic=Psionics rule? If so, I feel that Strong mind may add an edge against Psionics. If it gives a +3 bonus versus Psionics, where is the +3 bonus versus magic equivelent? Is there a need for worry?

Maybe I should be venting these issues in the XPH forums instead.

Regardless, I really like Eberron, and will pester my players to buy this book.

Not sure if I understand your question, but I'll try my best.
I believe the best way to run Eberron, the suggest way, is to get the Expanded Psionics so that you can use Psionics to their full extent. Now if you either can't do that or choose not to then for the most part Psionics will be magic-like. Also there are descriptions in ECS for some abilities if you do not use Psionics.

Yeah! I love Psionics too! and I'm not so sure about what that feat says so I'm thinking of either not allowing it or house ruling it up a bit.

Strong Mind [General]
Preq: Wisdom 11, no arcane casting classes, no psion caster classes
Benefit: You gain a +3 bonus on saving throws versus psionic/arcane abilities and mind attacks.
Special: If a character selects this feat they may never gain class lvl. in a class that casts either arcane or psionic abilites/spells/powers or gives the benefit of arcane or psionic abilities/spells/powers.

He's talking about the various conections of psionics and magic(i.e. detect psionics will deteect magic as well amd SR=PR, or they are completly different, or somewhere inbetween).

I myself will be using a mostly Psionics is Different camapign, but thats me.
