That's right! My absence from the board the last few weeks was due to impending, and then post, marriage shenanigans! I am officially a married man now! I'm back now, sorry about the absence, hope I didn't miss too much. My whole honeymoon was spent on Moloka'i where cellphones no workie and internet is a myth. It was awesome!

For those of you unwed, I highly recommend tying the knot!:)

Super grats! I guess the question of where does a man that lives in a Hawaiian paradise go for his honeymoon has been sufficiently answered.

Muchos congrats! I always thought having the Honeymoon in Hawaii must sound lame to someone living there, but I guess not!

As to tying the knot, I wish. Been with my girlfriend for over five and a half years, and she's still commitment phobic. We've lived together for more than half that! *sigh* One day.

...I'm such a woman. :D

Grats Nlogue! The University will not be the same without you teaching the younglings how to fight with spears and swords.

Congratulations to both of you! I know how great you two must feel. I just got married myself last December with a second ceremony and reception in January. It's a good feeling when you have someone with whom you can share the great adventure of living life.

Even better is the feeling of mutual, unconditional love. Always remember that, too. No matter how difficult things get or how upset you might be at a given moment, never take it out on that person. It's easy to forget about the commitment you made to ensure happiness for that person. When you find yourself getting angry or about to do or say something that might hurt that person, take a step back, really look at the person and how they are feeling at that moment, and remind yourself of who they are and how much you love them.

Also, as cheesy as it sounds, never take for granted the words "I love you." Sometimes people forget how powerful those words are.

I too shall miss the swish-a-swash of spear and sword my good friend!!! I'll continue my martial madness in New York, but I'll miss all the incredible students and performers I was blessed with the chance to work with in Hawai'i, including you of course Gensuke!!! Good Gaming and here's wishing you in a big ole Hua Lian voice...

MA DAO CHENG GONG!!! (Or as Borat would say: "GREAT SUCCESS!!!")
