| Rilgar Esedarius05-06-05, 04:20 PM | Ok, I'm starting an Eberron campaign(the first actual serious one) that is mostly focused around airships and stuff like that. The Characters are Ivellian, the half-elf rogue with an aberrant dragonmark(pass without trace) Fender, the warforged bard A human psion (no name yet) And a fourth character, the player hasn't decided what to be yet. The problem is that my game is tomorrow and I barely have anything resembling an adventure. If you can come up with adventure ideas, NPCs related to airships, or even sample airships, I'd be very appreciative. ~Rilgar~ |

An airship adventure: Errand of Mercy (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/m.blunden/dnd/errand/), by MarkB. It's designed to be run at Cons, with premade characters, but maybe you can modify it, or borrow enough ideas to get by. The most recent Steal This Hook article: Airship Action (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ebsh/20050425a), by Doug Beyer. Other than that, it depends on what kind of airship game you plan on running. Are the PCs going to have their own? Or just ride around on them a lot? Maybe the first adventure can be about how they find a fixer-upper, get it into the air, and learn to fly it. You can make a mystery about it...for example, if they find it crashed into the woods and overgrown, they should wonder why it crashed in the first place, and why no one ever looked for it. |
