I need to know what the schema from Shadows of last War is [Archive] - Wizards Community

Im the DM in an eberron campaign. Up to now, i have played Shadows of the last war and Whisper of vampire blade. But i dont own Grasp of emerald Claw. The thing is that my campaing has gone for a very different path than the "oficial" campaign is. Now my players are dwelling with Xendrik chasing someone that smuggled one of the schemas (which they sold it to).

Well, the thing is:

I DONT KNOW WHAT THE SCHEMA IS FOR :confused:

I need to know WHAT it build, if someone does. At the very least, which kind of thing is (a weapon, a construct, magic items, artisan items, a factory, what?).

Can someone spoil it to me? (i dont think this breaks any copyright, if so, please ignore)
If nobody knows what it does, can someone suggest me some impressive idea? (i mean, other than the "new weapon" im roaming, which is not very impressive itself :weep: )

02-16-05, 11:36 AM Didn't you run The Forgotten Forge from the back of the ECS as your player's starter adventure?

Nearly all of the details concerning the schema are pretty much right there.

I did , but as far as i remember, it was mentioned only as a "creation schema" from house cannith, being as loose as possible about it. It could be, afaik, a schema to create warforgeds, magical cannons, a living fortress, flying sauce pans or swiss knife.... Ill check again as soon as i get to my house (and ECS book)

I can "build" my own answer, but i would like to have it closer to the "official".

One question i wonder is : do GotEC answer that? I felt a bit dissapointed with WotB, which was a great adventure but i dont think it was very well connected to the schema thingy (it wasnt at all...)

I somewhat doubted it did (as i say, i didnt like WotB lack of continuity in that plotline). I ll pick it then

02-16-05, 08:07 PM I believe WotVB says House Cannith used it to make the mechanical hydra that desoyed rose quarry.

I had planned on stretching out the Creation Schema to go from level1 to about 16 and with what is revealed- I most certainly can do that.

No big surprise here- its an artifact of some kind.
