Intro to Eberron booklet? [Archive] - Wizards Community

07-19-05, 03:15 PM I might soon be DMing a campaign for a few people, all of which are new to Eberron, and some of which are new to d&d in general. In the effort of making things easier and not making everyone borrow and read the entire ECS before we start playing, I was hoping there might be a small "intro to eberron" website or pdf somewhere. If not, I might just make one on my own, with a few sentences describing each race, class, nation, faction, etc., possibly with page references on where to go for more info, to make it easier for my players to come up with a decent background. Would I be allowed to post something like this on the boards, or would that violate the terms? Also, has anyone seen anything similar that I might be able to use?

07-19-05, 03:27 PM I haven't seen anything. My players were new to Eberron so I wrote an several email with some short infos on races and general eberron stuff. And keep telling them about Eberron as we play.

I highly recommend reading Gearing Up For Eberron (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/archeb/gu) and Dragonshards (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/archeb/ds) articles.

Finallly, here (http://www.coveworld.net/eberron/index2.html) is a site that is both useful to DMs and players.
